Early Twenties agnst

I am starting this blog as an outlet. Writing when I feel inspired will do something for me, but I don't know what just yet.

Grad school entrance, my future, travel, foreign language, success, failure. These are just a couple subjects that linger in my head constantly. As my days of formal schooling near a swift end I feel that this is the most critical moment in my life. Now, more than ever come the decisions that shape my future. Bombarded by messages of military service, grad school, and taking a year off. My difficult task is to choose a path that brings me joy and advances my career (whatever that is?) Over the past few month with intense thought and research I feel that I can do it all. It all being taking a year or two off to travel, then actually having something to write about in my grad school application. Once again, it seems like it comes down to a diverse package to get into college. Most universities want an interesting eclectic mix of students to attend. I feel that by taking a year off to myself to explore, learn and experience would give me a leg up and at least a story or two on my grad school applications.
